Wording for a cash gift (also referred to as a pecuniary gift):

I give ……. pounds (£…….) to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity of 40 Bernard Street, London WC1N 1LE (RCN: 1160024) and the receipt of a duly authorised officer for the time being of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity shall be sufficient discharge for my executors.

Wording if you're leaving a particular asset (also referred to as a specific gift):
