Join us for our family festival and fun run RBC Race for the Kids
Walk, jog, wheel or scoot 2k or 5k in London's Hyde Park on Saturday 12 October 2024 and join the race to help beat childhood cancer.
Bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of music, entertainment, food, games, face painting and much more.
For a limited time only, early bird adult registration is £15 for the 2k and £18 for the 5k.
There's no minimum fundraising pledge but all the money raised will go towards building the new Children's Cancer Centre at GOSH.

What to expect at RBC Race for the Kids
Set among the autumn leaves of London's Hyde Park, our family festival is the perfect day out for all ages and abilities.
There'll be live stage entertainment, an eclectic mix of fabulous family activities, and even a few famous faces. And what’s more, kids go free!

Fundraising tips
We ask that everyone taking part in RBC Race for the Kids raises as much as they can to help us build a new Children's Cancer Centre at GOSH.
When you sign up, a fundraising page will automatically be set up for you. Follow our tips below to help you reach your personal fundraising target.
Set up a fundraising page and edit your fundraising target. We recommend £150 and you can increase this if you reach your target early.
Personalise your page. Share your story and why you are taking part in RBC Race for the Kids and fundraising for GOSH Charity.
Share the link to your fundraising page with friends, family, and colleagues on WhatsApp, email and/or on your social media channels.
Make it a team effort. Invite people to your team and enjoy fundraising together.
How your support will help
The money raised from RBC Race for the Kids will help build a new world-class Children's Cancer Centre. A world-class facility with children at its heart.
A place where children have access to play and education alongside pioneering treatments. Where families can stay together through some of the hardest moments. Where access to outdoor space is a priority, and a focus on nutrition helps fuel recovery.
GOSH has a team of dedicated doctors, nurses and researchers who are specialists in the most complex childhood cancers. And there are architects and builders who can transform the hospital. Now we just need people like you.

All the funds raised will go towards the development of cancer care at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the event that costs change, or the needs of the hospital or patients change, we reserve the right to redirect funds for use against the hospital’s most urgent needs.
