To celebrate the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens leading British designers including J.W Anderson, Peter Pilotto and Phoebe English created two catwalk looks inspired by the latest release Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Over recent months our corporate partners have fundraised tirelessly for the hospital while hitting incredible fundraising milestones along the way. A full calendar of events has seen the launch of a new charity product, a swimming challenge and an Easter-themed fundraising week. Take a look at the highlights below.
As well as bringing the Disney magic to the hospital, Disney also invite families to special screenings and premieres of their latest releases. In the last year, Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) families have attended screenings of The Good Dinosaur, Zootropolis and The Jungle Book and premieres of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Alice Through the Looking Glass.
On May 4, Disney, Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and The Sun paired up with Star Wars fundraising initiative #ForceForChangeto give the hospital a Star Wars-themed makeover. Both The Sun and Disney kindly agreed match every pound donated, up to £100,000.
