There are lots of fantastic ways that your student RAG can get involved with fundraising for the hospital.
Street collections
Hold a collection in your local town or plan a day out and see a new city for the day!
We can provide you with branded buckets and stickers to give to each generous donor.
If you are feeling wacky then why not dress up or paint yourself a very fashionable charity purple? You can apply for a license by contacting your local authority.
Station collections
Get permission to collect at your local train, tube or bus station. With a huge number of travellers passing you by, you are sure to be noticed!
If you are a budding performer why not showcase your talent and show the public what you can do?
Club nights
If you have a club on campus, ask if ticket sales can be donated to the charity for the night or alternatively secure a venue and hold your own club night.
You could arrange a competition, auction or raffle on the night. With a respectable charity name like Great Ormond Street Hospital behind you, you may be suprised at the types of prizes you can acquire.
Pub crawl
The perfect way to show the new students around town or to compare your favourite taverns. Organise a pub crawl and ask people to pay to take part or get sponsored to last the distance!
Skydive
For the adrenaline junkie - find out how to raise money for the charity through a skydive.
Treasure hunt
Organise a treasure hunt around the university. Have fun devising clues or solving them - pay a donation to the charity to take part.
Drama society
Ask your drama society to get involved by holding exit collections for the charity at performances or donating a percentage of their ticket sales.
