StarCards 10th anniversary celebrations

On Friday 23 November, Great Ormond Street Hospital patients and their families, along with staff from Sky ward, took part in a glamorous evening at the top of the BT Tower in central London to celebrate the 10th anniversary of StarCards fundraising.

StarCards raises money by asking celebrities to autograph a playing card which is then framed and auctioned on eBay with all proceeds going to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

StarCards have raised over £70,000 since it was founded over 10 years ago by Paul Brett from BT.

This year, Paul and Starcards were awarded the prestigious 2012 BT Chairman’s MyDonate Fundraiser of the Year Award in recognition of their hard work and fundraising over the years.
