The comedy extravaganza featured a world class collection of stars all giving up their time to support Great Ormond Street Hospital. The line-up included Russell Brand, Miranda Hart, Warwick Davis, Nina Conti, Jon Richardson, Adam Hills, Alan Carr, Jack Dee, Jason Byrne, Jo Brand, Jonathan Ross, Josh Widdicombe, Kevin Bridges, Lee Evans, Michael McIntyre, Noel Fielding, Paddy McGuinness, Paul Chowdhry, Rhod Gilbert, Rich Hall, Seann Walsh, Tom Stade and Diversity.
Feedback from the audience on the night was fantastic and special guests included clinical staff from across the hospital. Jan Filochowski, Chief Executive of Great Ormond Street Hospital, said: "We are so grateful to Channel 4 and Open Mike for their continued support. I thoroughly enjoyed the show on Saturday night and want to extend a special thank you to each of the fantastic performers and, of course, all those who attended for their fabulous support and generosity. What an amazing gift to the hospital".
A two-hour Channel 4 TV special of the show will be aired on Friday 7 June.

An all-star cast from the world of comedy took to the O2 Arena stage on Saturday night to help raise more money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
