The hospital has embarked on the biggest redevelopment programme of its 150 year history - to rebuild two-thirds of its site while running at full capacity.
Tick Tock Club success!
The Tick Tock Club has already played a major role in the redevelopment by raising £10.6 million towards the new heart and lung centre which is currently under construction.
In the spirit of this outstanding achievement The Tick Tock Club has now embarked on its next chapter to raise £10 million to build a new kidney centre in the Morgan Stanley Clinical Building. Fundraising is well underway and we are all excited about the journey ahead!
Construction is in progress
On 11 May 2009 the Breaking Ground ceremony for the Morgan Stanley Clinical Building took place. Construction work is now fully underway with the building, including the new heart and lung and kidney centres, due to open to patients in Spring 2012.
