Your reasons

  • Me in Critical Care Eitan JacobsI had my first life saving heart operation when I was a week old, my second at 4 months and my third last year. If it wasn't for the amazing work that Professor Martin Elliot and his team do, then I wouldn't be here, running around like any other 3.5 year old!Buying this record is the BEST way to say thank you, and help other children like me. As the words only, will simply never ever do!
  • X Factor Charity Single Neelam DograThe reason I bought this single is because my son Veer goes to Great Ormond Street Hospital, seeing various consultants there and I am very grateful what they have done for him. They are wonderful. I appreciate what they have done for him. Also the single is very touching, especially when you have got a child who goes there. You're brilliant. Well done with the single.Love Neelam
  • X Factor Charity Single Sharon AgerMy cousin Kelvin was treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital for his heart condition but unfortunately died there aged 3 during an operation. I would like to dedicate this song to him and also to my mum who has been diagnosed with secondary cancer of the spine (after breast cancer). I would like her to know that although she we are far apart, she is not alone and is always in my heart, just like Kelvin xxx

  • Naomi Rebecca SansomIn November 1998 our daughter Naomi was born and, althought she appeared perfectly healthy at first, doctors detected a heart murmur. She was admitted to GOSH at 3 days old where dotors diagnosed Truncus Arteriosus, a rare congenital heart condition. At 11 days old she had open heart surgery but sadly died the following day. We visit the hospital every year at the anniversary of her death and continue to support the work the hospital does. Please buy the single in memory of the children who...
  • X Factor Charity Single natalie lordMy son Matthew was referred to GOSH at 9 months old, after our local hospital could not find out what was wrong with him. After spending most of the first 9 months in and out of hospital we needed answers. Matthew was seen at 13 months old and the staff where fantastic. They listened, and most importantly wanted to help. Matthew was admitted the following month for 5 days for a series of tests and then came answers. Answers we had been desperately searching for.The right treatment was started...
  • X Factor Charity Single Hannah CardArwen fell very ill last June and was diagnosed with Garde 3 Astrocytoma (brain tumor). I strongly believe she wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for the expertise and care of the neurosurgeon Mr Hayward, plus all the staff on Parrot Ward, also Dr Kingston and Dr Gaze. It's thanks to them we still have Arwen. She almost certainly would have died without surgery. Thankyou so so much and please buy the single so GOSH can help others too!

Truly heaven sent. Please buy this single and give your support to them......
  • X Factor Charity Single Ellie ShortI was only 4 days old when I was transferred to GOSH, I suffered MAS,PPHN, 2 punctured lungs and a cardiac arreast and was on an ECMO machine for 10 days as I inhaled meconium whilst in utero! Without the support from the nurses and the consultants I wouldnt be a happy and healthy 9.5 month old that I am today. These people truly do save lives and I am proof of that!
  • Kaychanel KaychanelPlease buy the Xfactor cd. My granddaughter Kaychanel has been under the hospital since birth. They have given her great care and support to her family. My little princess is having dialysis 3 times a week and is now recovering from swine flu. The hospital team have been fantastic. • X Factor Charity Single Rosie-Jane RandallI was born with a genetic disorder called PKU, and have been under GOSH since I was two weeks old. GOSH hold a very special place in my heart. Not only did they help me manage my specific diet, and save me from being disabled and from having brain damage, I also have had heart problems, and a major kidney operation when I was nine.
