How you help

The money you raise will help us make a big difference to the children treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

GOSH is undergoing a major redevelopment. The demand for our world-class services is increasing faster than our ability to see and treat the sick children who need our help.

This redevelopment will transform the hospital and will enable us to give specialist care to more children.

There is still a lot of work to do in order to complete this massive project, which is why we really appreciate your support. The money you raise at the RBC Race for the Kids will help bring us one step closer to completing this work.

The power of your pounds

As part of the redevelopment, the money you raise will also be used to fund new, state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for patients and their families.

George with mum Jo
£13 could contribute to funding our family accommodation so parents can stay close by while their child is in hospital.

Nidhi Banavali on Miffy Ward
£21 could contribute to funding pain relief pumps to help our patients feel better.

Zoe
£52 could contribute to funding new surgical instruments so our operating theatres have the most up-to-date equipment.

Kate and Kamil
£103 could contribute towards funding a vital signs monitor which helps nurses observe patients when they are critically ill.
