With a range of distances to choose from, there’s something for everyone:

  • Super Sprint – 400m swim, 10km cycle and 2.5km run
  • Sprint – 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run
  • Sprint Relay – 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run
  • Olympic – 1.5km swim, 40km cycle and 10km run
  • Olympic Relay – 1.5km swim, 40km cycle and 10km run

Whether you’ve never dipped your toe in the triathlon water or you’re a seasoned pro, we’d love to welcome you to our team!


We know that taking on a triathlon can be daunting, but we’re here to help you every splash, spin and step of the way as you take on your incredible challenge.

As part of Team GOSH at the triathlon, you’ll receive:
