Prince Caspian - UK’s biggest ever film premiere
10,000 people turned out to attend the UK’s biggest ever film premiere which, thanks to Disney, was in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The UK premiere of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian featured the largest cinema screen ever constructed in Europe with a special sound system creating a ‘super theatre’ in the O2 arena.
Cast and celebs, along with the biggest single audience for a premiere, all walked up the 190m red carpet and were entertained by fighting knights and horseback sword performers.
44 children and families from the hospital attended as special guests and had a fantastic time. Walt Disney Studios will be making a donation to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity as part of the event.
