Why does Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity) use Telephone Fundraising?
We have been successfully engaging with existing and potential supporters by telephone since 1997 and the long-term security of these donations gives us the ability to plan ahead and to invest in longer term projects for the future.
Who do we work with?
We work with three leading telephone fundraising agencies, NTT, Angel Fulfilment Services & Stratcom UK.
NTT were established in 1988 and are one of the UK's leading Telephone Fundraising agencies with nearly 30 years of experience in telephone fundraising. They work with several charitable organisations and are also TPS assured.
Angel Fulfilment Services have been providing award winning contact centre and fulfilment solutions for over 15 years to some of the world's leading charities and have more than 60 years of call centre experience within their account management teams.
We also work with Stratcom UK to deliver GOSH Charity’s telephone fundraising campaigns. Established in the UK five years ago, the team at Stratcom UK have over 20 years of experience delivering high quality telephone fundraising campaigns. About our Fundraisers
All of our fundraisers have been fully trained by GOSH Charity and the agency they are working on behalf of.
We take pride in the quality, experience and enthusiasm of our telephone fundraisers and go to great lengths to ensure they are well-trained ambassadors for the Charity.
They will always check at the start of the call that you are happy to take the call.
