2025 TCS London Marathon – Ballot places
The ballot for the 2025 TCS London Marathon will open on Saturday 20 April 2024 and close on Friday 26 April 2024.
All entrants will be emailed their result by the race organisers (Timings TBC), and if you are successful, you’ll be allocated a place in the 2025 TCS London Marathon.
If you are lucky enough to secure a ballot place through TCS London Marathon, join TeamGOSH and we’ll support you every step of the way.
You’ll get exceptional support from our team, with access to professional training plans, fundraising support and personal advice from our dedicated coach.
As a ballot place holder, there is no minimum fundraising target - we only ask you to raise what you can.

- As a ballot runner with your own place, you are guaranteed a spot on our team.
- Please only fill in the form below if you have been successful in the 2025 TCS London Marathon public ballot, deferred your ballot entry from 2024, or have secured your own place in the event via another route (E.G a place with your running club)
- If you haven’t been successful in the ballot, then you need to apply for a charity place instead.
- We’ll need your contact details and your vest size.

Join us at training runs and information evenings for a chance to meet your fellow teammates, make friends and ask any questions. You’ll also gain access to our supportive TeamGOSH 2025 TCS London Marathon Facebook Group to swap tips, advice and inspiration with others taking part in this amazing event.

How does the TCS London Marathon ballot work?
The 2025 TCS London Marathon ballot will be open from Saturday 20 April and close on Friday 26 April.
The ballot is drawn at random, so everyone has the same chance of success.
The London Marathon organisers will be emailing the results of the 2025 London Marathon ballot to all entrants (Timing TBC). Good luck!
What happens if I didnt get a place?
If you were unsuccessful in the ballot but you still want to be part of this incredible challenge, you could apply for one of our charity places.
Please note, we always receive more applications for the TCS London Marathon than we have places, so we can't guarantee that everyone who applies will be able to secure a marathon place.
