Corporate Partners come together to support RBC Race for the Kids

RBC Race for the Kids is back on 7 October in a brand new location – London’s iconic Hyde Park. Headline sponsor Royal Bank of Canada will be joined by a host of GOSH corporate partners who will all be supporting the event in their own unique ways.

Last year Royal Bank of Canada raised over £200,000 for the hospital with staff, their families and friends taking part in the race and collecting sponsorship. This year they are again leading the charge and hope to have nearly 2,000 members of Team RBC taking part. This a fantastic achievement to reach in a year that has also seen them raise an incredible £150,000 for GOSH at their inaugural London RBC Trade for the Kids trading day of which the hospital were a beneficiary.

Employee fundraising and valuable pro-bono work with the charity and hospital has seen a successful first year in partnership with Qlik. During the race they will host a tent where children and families can interact with data in a fun and user-friendly way through their health related apps.

iCandy

iCandy have been supporting the charity for nearly two years, running a successful sales campaign on their Peach and MiPeach lines of pushchair. They will be running an exciting competition so if you chose to run, walk, scoot or spectate and want to be in with a chance of winning a fantastic prize, remember to check out their social channels on the day!

Uni-ball logo

We are pleased to announce that the uni-ball team will also be joining us this year. Not only will a team of colleagues be taking part in the 5km, they will be bringing some creative fun to the event too. In the GOSH marquee the uni-ball doodle board will be displayed for participants and spectators to show off their drawing skills!

M&S will also be making participants happy by providing food and drink for our goody bags and importantly bananas will be given to hungry runners once they’ve completed the 5k course.

Fairy Non Bio are hosting a Relax and Unwind area, a space for people to spend some down time post run. Fairy Non Bio are launching a campaign in October on selected detergent products and RBC Race for the Kids provides a great opportunity for them to meet our supporters at our flagship event.
