Donate to help beat cancer for more children like Frank

At Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity), we help give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible. But we can’t do it without you.

Donate today and help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

With cutting-edge facilities and an environment where pioneering research can thrive, the centre will be a beacon of hope for families facing the unimaginable.

If we can build it, we can help beat cancer for more children.

Be part of it today with your charity donation.

Meet Frank

Three-year-old Frank loves cars.

His bedroom is fully Cars-themed, complete with a wall painting. He always has a toy car in each hand, even when crawling.

“That’s him at his happiest,” his mum Emily says.

When he was 15 months old, Frank was diagnosed with a rare type of cancerous brain tumour. He had to have several surgeries at GOSH and it took a long time for him to recover. The charity-funded Play team was there to support him through his recovery – bringing him toys and even arranging a special visit from a therapy dog.

Today Frank’s in remission. His mum, Emily, is excited about the new Children’s Cancer Centre – particularly its outdoor spaces, so that families like hers can have access to fresh air. She also thinks having everything together in one place will make a big difference.

“It looks like it's going to be absolutely incredible."
