If you're lucky enough to secure your own place through the Great North Run 2026 ballot, we'd love for you to join TeamGOSH and run the Great North Run to fundraise for seriously ill children.
There is no minimum fundraising commitment; we would only ask you to raise what you can. Plus, as part of TeamGOSH, you'll get the same great support as our Great North Run charity place runner.

Starting in Newcastle and running across the Tyne Bridge into Gateshead, the Great North Run will take you along through South Tyneside, where the finish line awaits at South Shields. The Great North Run course has a few gentle hills.
