About the GOSH Matchplay Cup

Teams will compete under the leadership of two celebrity captains in a Ryder Cup-style format, followed by a delicious three-course dinner, a celebrity Q&A and lots of exciting fundraising opportunities. Teams of four are available to purchase at £3,000 and include all-day entertainment and tickets to the evening dinner.

You’ll also have the chance to show your support for GOSH Charity by bidding on a number of exclusive items in our luxury live and silent auctions. With your generosity, we can help give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.

Where your money goes

All our current events at GOSH Charity are raising vital funds for a groundbreaking new Children's Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The centre will be a unique resource for children with some of the rarest and most complex cancers.

To make this ambitious project a reality, the charity has pledged to raise £300 million, and every penny raised will go directly towards achieving this goal.

Last year, the GOSH Charity Matchplay Cup raised over £220,000. To build on this success and make a lasting impact on the Children’s Cancer Centre, we need the support of individuals like you.

Cancer is the biggest killer of children aged one to 14 in the UK. By taking part in the Matchplay Cup, you’ll help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at GOSH and save more lives.

Together, we can build it. Together, we can help beat childhood cancer.
