Kids with cancer need more than a hospital

Too many childhoods are lost to cancer.

That’s why we’re building the new, world-leading Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

A place where children have access to play and education alongside pioneering treatments. Where families can stay together through some of the hardest moments. And where access to outdoor space is a priority, and a focus on nutrition helps fuel recovery.

We have the treatments, the knowledge, the expertise and the research to save more children’s lives and childhoods.

The new cancer centre will be a beacon of innovation and hope – its state-of-the-art facilities will provide a space where new discoveries and life-saving breakthroughs can change the future for generations to come.

Donate today and help us build the future of children’s cancer care.

Together we can build it. Together we can help beat childhood cancer.

How your support could help

  • £50
Could help fund soft play mats to make spaces safe and more comfortable for children to play on and for therapy sessions in the new play rooms.
  • £30
Could help fund a specialist children's bed on one of our new cancer wards.
  • £25
Could help fund an exercise bike in the new centre. There is increasing evidence that participation in physical activity is one of the most effective ways to improve physical and psychological wellbeing for children going through cancer treatment.

All the funds raised will go towards the development of cancer care at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the event that costs change, or the needs of the hospital or patients change, we reserve the right to redirect funds for use against the hospital’s most urgent needs.
