Geek out for GOSH

Geek out with us and play your favourite video games to raise money for GOSH.

How to get involved

It’s all up to you! You can choose how long you want to play for, what games you want to play, and if you want to livestream. Then, set yourself a challenge! Whether that’s speedrunning your favourite game, hosting a tournament with your friends or diving into the latest ultra-hard platformer, the choice is yours.

Plus, we're giving everyone who raises more than £250 a super special Geek Out For GOSH t-shirt and pin badge, created by the amazing team over at Insert Coin Clothing!

Fundraising for us

We’re asking every gamer to try and raise £250 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. By fundraising, you’ll be helping us support the hospital during the COVID-19 crisis by responding to equipment needs, supporting staff health and wellbeing, and helping the hospital meet demands on its patient and family support service.

The Geek Out For GOSH team is here to answer any of your fundraising questions over on Twitter or at gaming@gosh.org, or you can chat to the team and other streamers to share fundraising tips and ideas on our dedicated GO4G Discord channel

Not a gamer?

Not a problem! Through Tiltify and JustGiving you can make a one-off donation to GOSH or find gamers to tune into and donate to. Or, check out the #GeekOutForGOSH hashtag and Twitter account and give participating gamers a retweet or some encouragement!

The small print

GOSH Charity, Tiltify and JustGiving are separate organisations. In creating a Tiltify account you will need to agree to their Terms of Service and their Privacy Policy. In creating a JustGiving account you will also need to agree to their Terms of Service and their Privacy Policy

You can also read our Fundraising FAQs, which can give you key information if, for example, you want to feature our logo on your livestream page.

Once you've hit your £250 fundraising target, you can claim your GO4G t-shirt and pin badge by contacting gaming@gosh.org, and you can check the full T&Cs here.
