Celebrate and Donate

The COVID-19 crisis has changed how we live our lives and spend our spare time in many ways and that includes partying! We may be celebrating special occasions a bit differently due to the current situation, but we still want you to have some well-deserved fun while raising money for a great cause.

Instead of your usual way of celebrating your birthday with a party or spending time with friends and family, we’ve got some new, creative ways of letting your hair down while staying safe and raising vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH charity).

-Ask for donations instead of gifts for your celebration. You can do this by registering your event or setting up a Facebook fundraiser in aid of GOSH Charity
-Get friends and family together on Zoom and host a GOSH Charity quiz
-Ask friends and family to make their favourite sweet treat for your birthday and you can choose the best one and ask for donations to take part
-Make a delicious cocktail with the ingredients in your cupboard and ask friends to donate how much you would have spent on a cocktail on a night out on the town. Make sure you take a snap and share with us on Instagram!

Right now, Great Ormond Street Hospital needs the support of the charity more than ever, so it can continue to deliver the very best life-changing treatments and care to seriously ill children from across the UK.

Celebrate your big day in a special way!

Asking for donations instead of gifts is an inspirational way to mark your special day, and will help fund the amazing work of Great Ormond Street Hospital. That’s definitely something to celebrate!
