Bringing the joy of reading to GOSH

Earlier this month, we joined the charity World Book Day® and Yoto to bring the joy of reading and storytelling to children at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Entrance closure milestone for Children’s Cancer Centre

Last month it was confirmed that work to enable the development of GOSH's new Children’s Cancer Centre will start this year.

As a first step, the hospital yesterday (19 February) closed its iconic main entrance on Great Ormond Street.

GOSH marks International Childhood Cancer Day

Yesterday (15 February) was International Childhood Cancer Day 2024. To mark this important day, we joined GOSH's nursing, physiotherapy and dietetics teams to take over the Lagoon – a restaurant and café inside the hospital.

Aisha's story

Aisha was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, a long-term condition where the gut becomes inflamed, when she was four years old.

Now 15, Aisha has been coming to GOSH ever since. Here she shares her journey so far.
