The Prudential RideLondon event organisers today (20 May) announced the cancellation of the 2020 event.

Update: 20 May 2020

Event organisers at Prudential RideLondon have announced the cancellation of the 2020 event. Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and the government imposed requirement for social distancing in place for the foreseeable future, the event organisers have stated it is not practical to plan for another event this year.

This was a very difficult decision for the event organisers to make, and we know this will come as incredibly disappointing news to riders.

We understand this decision was made for the safety of both riders and the general public, which will always be our top priority too.
