Race to the King 2020

2021 June 2020

Make your own history by taking on the 53-mile route finishing at the awe-inspiring Winchester Cathedral. Choose to walk, run or jog the route either non stop or over the full weekend with camping.

Join Team GOSH and take on this award-winning endurance event along the iconic South Downs Way to raise vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

This award-winning historical trail is back in 2020 and ready to challenge runners, joggers and walkers alike. From picturesque Arundel, the 53 mile route winds along the spectacular South Downs Way, ending on the steps of Winchester Cathedral, one of the most historically significant buildings in Britain and claimed burial ground of twelve English kings, making it England’s first ever Royal Mausoleum.

Choose from taking on the event non-stop or over the full weekend at whatever pace you would like, all while raising vital funds for GOSH.

To take part in the event non-stop (53 mile double marathon, without camping) we ask you to raise £425 (excluding Gift Aid) and pay a registration fee of £39 per person.
