I understand that by signing up, my school or community group is commiting to raise a minimum of £750 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. I will donate this money to GOSH Charity by the end of July 2027.

I understand that my organisation's name, artworks and photographs of our finished sculpture may be used in promotional materials related to A Neverland Adventure: Art Trail and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. Consent to use children's names and photographs will be sought separately if required.
