Our fundraising
While the NHS funds the day-to-day running of Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), it has always depended on charitable support to make it extraordinary. And we depend on supporters, fundraisers and partners like you to make it happen.
Together, we can give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.
Thank you.

Donations
There are many ways our supporters can make a donation:
- Sign up to make a regular gift or make a one-off donation.
- We sometimes contact our supporters through telephone fundraising.
- You may occasionally receive a visit from one of our fundraisers at your door to share information about our cause and how you can support. Find out more about door-to-door fundraising.
- We often write to supporters to share information and ask for a donation.
- We sometimes meet our supporters when we’re fundraising at a local shopping centre or supermarket. Find out more about our private site fundraising.

Community fundraising
Every year, hundreds of individuals and community groups support us by organising and taking part in fundraising activities and events. You can do your own fundraising or sign up to one of our amazing events. (A really fun, fun run perhaps?).
Fundraising appeals and events
Throughout the year, we run fundraising campaigns and appeals and host special events to raise money. We’d love to have you as a fun-raiser. Stay tuned!
Corporate partnerships
From charity of the year partnerships to sponsorship packages, employee fundraising and cause-related marketing – we work with a wide range of companies across the UK.
Major benefactors
GOSH has a proud history of support from major donors, and we have exciting recognition opportunities for our most generous benefactors. This includes invitations to become part of Friends of Adeona, which represents those who have had the greatest impact on the work of the hospital.
We're always keen to hear from those who could support us, and from ambassadors who are willing to advocate the needs of the hospital on our behalf.
