• ‘GOSH Charity’ means Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, a charity registered in England (company no.09338724 and charity no.1160024) with its registered office at 2nd Floor, 40 Bernard Street, London, WC1N 1LE.
• 'Material' means any information, data, text, graphics, links, programming code or other material published, contained or available on the Website.
• 'We', 'Us' and 'Our' means GOSH Charity.
• 'Website' means www.gosh.org, or any other website under GOSH Charity’s ownership or control, which links to these Terms and Conditions.
• 'You', 'Your' and 'Yours' means the person(s) accessing the Website.

The website is intended for people accessing it from within the United Kingdom. We cannot guarantee the website or the material it contains complies with or is appropriate for use in other countries.
